Shipping/Processing Policy

PLEASE READ !

PROCESSING:

After Ordering, please allow about 3-4 days (maybe less) for processing. Understand that there are other orders ahead of yours that NEED to be processed as well as yours! Once your order has been processed, you will receive a fulfilled email stating that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup/shipping!

 

SHIPPING:

If You chose the shipping option, you will receive your tracking number 24-48 hours after you receive the "fulfilled" email. 

Shipping Takes 4-5 Business days depending on your location.

PICKUP:

Order Pick Up is only available SATURDAY & SUNDAY. Orders will need to be placed no later than WEDNESDAY by 6:30 To be able to pick up on that coming Saturday/Sunday, NO EXCEPTIONS

All orders are processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours.  Orders that are placed on Saturday, Sunday, holidays or after business hours, will be processed the following business day.

Shipping time is separate from processing time when anticipating the arrival of your order.  Orders typically take 7-10 business days.  


(Please note, your order may be completed and shipped A LOT sooner than the above order processing time listed above.  We post these estimated processing times to allow us to thoroughly process your order and make sure everything is in the best quality ever.  This ensures your product arrives as requested and in the best condition, eliminating the need for returns due to poor quality or order problems.)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We will accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to ROYALAFFAIRES@GMAIL.COM explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY


Please Note:
Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to royalaffaires@gmail.com. If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
